South Dakota State University running backs Tyler Duffy and Kyle Minett were honored Tuesday as members of the Football Championship Subdivision Athletic Directors Association Academic All-Star Team. "The FCS ADA looks forward to honoring the accomplishments of its football student-athletes each year with the announcement of the Academic All-Star Team," said FCS ADA President Greg Burke, chair of the FCS ADA Academic All-Star Team Selection Committee and athletics director at Northwestern State University (La.). "The dedication by these young men to perform successfully both on the field of competition and in the classroom epitomizes the definition of a Division I student-athlete." Duffy, a senior from Brookings, earned a spot on the 52-player team after compiling a perfect 4.00 grade-point average while majoring in electirical engineering. During the 2010 season, he was named to the ESPN Academic All-America Second Team. He ranked second on the team in 2010 with 465 rushing
