Matt Barr's five-yard touchdown run with 1:50 left in the fourth quarter broke a 10-10 tie and propelled Western Illinois to a 17-10 win over Coastal Carolina Saturday afternoon in the first round of the NCAA Division I Championship playoffs from Brooks Stadium.
