Does this seem like a decent summary or am I missing something? Rank is GPI (because it is a format I can work with) and decimal wins & losses requires less format changes xlolx

Central Arkansas cannot get in as Auto Qualifier. They already have 3 conferences loses. The worst SFA and McNeese can do is two conferences loses.

I don't think any of the other teams listed have playoff resumes. Even with this group, I think Dayton slots behind Jacksonville and Liberty is probably done.

Hmm. Could SEMO be in trouble? Wins by any of the teams in the "remaining 5" list (with the possible exception of Ga Southern) will give them a higher GPI than SEMO.

I think Jacksonville & Liberty and SCSU (assuming none of them lose) all stay in the discussion long enough to have their resume examined. I'm not trying to predict who will make the playoffs or even who should, just who will be in the committee discussions.

Yes ODU is eligible. They might not be worthy, but as a long time member of Division I, they were immediately eligible when they started their football team.
