Im sure there are multiple strength of schedules for the FCS, but what is the best? Does anyone have a link?

William & Mary has the 105th overall rating out of all FBS and FCS schools, New Hampshire is 108th, and Northern Arizona is 109th i'm guessing that William and mary is first, NH is#2, and Northern Arizona is #3 in the FCS

I assume you used Sagarin. Portland St. is actually 1 in SoS for FCS with 97th overall rating. They are only 2-8 but played Arizona State, Oregon and UC Davis out of conference then all of the Big Sky

Northern Arizona at 5-5 played Arizona State, Southern Utah and Western New Mexico out of conference then all of the Big Sky. The problem with Sagarin is I don't think it factors in D-II for SoS so that makes Northern Arizona's SoS artificially high
