In a game that featured five lead changes, running back Erik Smith's two touchdowns led the Illinois State football team (6-5, 4-4 MVFC) past in-state rival Eastern Illinois (2-9, 2-6 OVC) 27-23, in its final game of the 2010 season Saturday at Hancock Stadium.
