NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk State football team looks to end its home schedule on a high note as the Spartans host Delaware State this Saturday for Military Appreciation/Family Day. The game will also be Senior Day for 20 members of the Spartan football team. Kickoff is at 1 p.m. at Dick Price Stadium.
