Youngstown -- University of Northern Iowa quarterback Tirrell Rennie scored on a game-winning 19-yard touchdown run with 2:08 left in the fourth quarter to lift the Panthers to a 34-30 victory that spoiled Youngstown State’s homecoming on Saturday at Stambaugh Stadium.
