Western Kentucky University releases their 2011 Baseball schedule

This schedule is one of the most challenging in years. Going to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, South Carolina for early season tournaments and playing in the usual tough Sun Belt Conference slate including some in-state and regional rivalries this should be a great season of redemption for the Hilltoppers and get to their rightful place at the top!

Is the Myrtle Beach tournament in the Pelican's stadium? I can't think of any other baseball stadium in that area. Well known park for being nasty on hitters given the prevailing ocean winds and a pitcher friendly dimensions.

Yes it is going to be played there. Home of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, single A-affiliate of the Atlanta Braves.
