This is a great pickup for EKU. I have seen Bobby play several times and he is very quick, just couldn't break the NC State running back depth chart. They have 3 All-Americans in HS in the backfield now.

I know we have plenty of quality running backs at JMU right now but I was just hoping the Dukes could pick up Bobby Washington somehow. Anyways congrats to EKU!

this kid could have played at a number of I-A schools, but Chuck wouldn't release him to any of the teams he had chosen

Not exactly what I wanted to see as a catamount. Could hurt the home teams chances early in 06.
