The University of Northern Iowa football team held South Dakota scoreless through most of the second half to secure a 19-14 win over the Coyotes Saturday afternoon in the DakotaDome. Billy Hallgren kicked a career-high four field goals, and Tirrell Rennie punched in the Panthers' only touchdown.
