The true definition of this characteristic is on display daily around lt;br />Memorial Stadium when it comes to offensive line coach Mike Simmonds, who is making his return to Indiana State after a lt;br />highly lt;br />successful professional football career and stints as a head coach at the high school football level and as an assistant at lt;br />South lt;br />Florida, a member of the BIG EAST Conference.
