In a matchup of two highly-ranked but also injury-depleted teams, a late comeback attempt by No. 1 Villanova (3-2, 1-1 CAA) came up a little short as No. 7 William & Mary (4-1, 2-1 CAA) pulled out a 31-24 victory at Zable Stadium on Saturday in the third straight pivotal matchup between the conference rivals.
