Wagner College senior middle linebacker Keith Davis has a fondness for steamrolling anybody foolish enough to get in his way on a football field.
Let the head coach of Wagner’s next opponent, Bryant University’s Marty Fine, explain the violence in graphic terms.
“(Davis is) a throwback guy, a downhill plugger, physical and tough,” the loquacious Fine said during his weekly radio show Monday night in Smithfield, R.I. “Every time he hits you, something breaks … his helmet, your helmet, your nose, something.
“He’s fun to watch — I’m just glad I’m too old to play.”
