The Youngstown State Athletic Department is encouraging fans to support the Penguins football team by wearing Red to Saturday's 4 p.m. Missouri Valley Football Conference opener vs. 13th-ranked Southern Illinois at Stambaugh Stadium. Tickets are available by calling (330) 941-1978.
