Lehigh Rallies Through Losers' Bracket to Win PL Tourney

Lehigh's tremendous softball team going undefeated in the regular league season and posting 34 wins almost blew the season in losing in the opening round of the PL tournament last week, forcing them into the losers' bracket in the double elimination tourney. They come back to face undefeated Army, and then proceeded to sweep the Black Knights 4-1, 4-1 to win their second straight championship and third in five years. They are now 39-8 on the season and will enter the NCAA tourney.

Yeah, they came close last year--being tied with #1 Oklahoma St. in the 7th inning before losing. This could be their 'break-through' year. They hiked their record (was tempted to say skirts!) to 41-9 today sweeping St. Josephs in a doubleheader.
