Nate Robinson - 5'9" Guard out of U Washington now on the Knicks is entering the contest with Smith from last year and Andre Igoudala.

Because, for unknown reasons, every other channel on my TV stops working. :read:

I think I have somewhere a worn out copy the the 1988 I-AA championship game. I am sure that a Montana fan would be willing to send me the 2001 version.

I would rather put myself through the pain of watching the '00 championship game for the 1st time then watch anything having to do with the NBA.

I would never pay to watch a "dunking contest" with style points for grace, agility, altitude, etc. Give me the good old days when Gus Johnson and Darryl Dawkins (among others) shattered backboards with rim-rattling slams during actual games!

SEND IT IN JEROME!!!! The Bill Raferty saying when Jerome Lane (Pittsburgh) took a fast break pass from Sean Miller back on January 25th, 1988.

Sidenote - did you see in Georgia that two high school kids shattered a backboard a few weeks back? They both went up for an alley-oop and they simultaneously slammed the ball and the whole thing collapsed and the backboard shattered. It looked like one of the kids was injured but I never heard anything about injuries.

Ivy: Those rims broke and backboards shattered back then because that was pre-spring rims which increase the longevity of the backboards and the rims.

Brooks doesn't watch NBA

I'd rather watch bowling than NBA

"reason to watch" and "NBA" should not even be used in the same sentence

Nate Robinson wins the Dunk Competition. What a surprise! Nice to hear he had Spud Webb play a part in one of his dunks
