Link doesn't work.. takes you to the main page of the website..

But that is a pretty funny story.. My parents and sisters are all EIU grads. My uncles were at EIU while Shanahan was there and one of them is pretty good friends with him still today. I go to SEMO and will be graduating in December. We always have fun with that one as well.

I am actually on my way to Jacksonville right now. On the bus with the SEMO soccer team and we're at JSU tomorrow night..

Having been to a PLAYOFF game in Charleston that was lucky to draw 3500 (including about 1500 from SIU), you might be on to something there...

If you think the football attendance is bad you should see the basketball numbers.

How many fans do you think will be at the JSU vs EIU game this weekend ?

Also, do you think by EIU being 0 - 3 so far this season will cause the attendance to be less for the game against JSU this Saturday ?

If it's in Charleston, you can pick your seat...they had 4800 vs. UT Martin. The field holds (about, just a guess) 9-10000, with 90% of that on the "home" side.
