Yes the Steelers will win Because they have some superbowl expierence where as the Seahawks do not(thier coach has been I believe), because the Steelers are, IMO, the better team and have what it takes to be strong defensively and move the ball offensly(insert Cap'n Cat's generalization penalty here)

It should be a good game, but, if the Steelers get their running game going early it will be all over for Seattle. And if the Steelers defense can keep Alexander under 70 yards rushing and make Seattle one dimensional it will be lights out. : smash :

i were a gamblin' man i would go w/ the steelers. their D is tough and i think can stop the seahawks in their tracks. seahwawks are tough, but i look for the pitt D to punch em in the mouth early and for the pitt O to run, run, run....

defense wins championships.

Willie Williams, a backup cornerback, is the only Steeler who has played in a Superbowl. Cowher has been to 1 Superbowl, and lost.

For Seattle, Jurevisous, Toebeck, Wistrom, Darby, and Rouen have all played in Superbowls before. Holmgren has coached in 2, winning 1 and losing the other.

Pitsburg has been playing well, but both Indy and Denver choked. Indy had not played a serious game in over a month, and just assumed they would win, and still could have except for a shanked field goal. Jake Plumber had no protection, and when he did decided to throw it right to the Steeler linebacker.

Seattle has already had their bad game of the playoffs against Washington when they turned the ball over 3 times, and still won. Holmgren got them re-focused, and the defense played lights out against Carolina. Teams figured they could take away Jurevisous as Seattle's top receiver, but other guys have stepped up, and Hasselbeck has shown that he can carry the weight of the franchise, instead of relying on Alexandar.

Seattle has too many weapons on offense, and the defense is underrated. Add to that motivation of being an underdog to the 6th seed from the AFC, and Seattle will play their best game of the year, while Pittsburg runs out of gas. Seattle wins in a laugher, 40 - 21.

Seattle will get their azz handed to them. The Panthers absolutely played like crap, Seahawks are nowhere near that good. Hasselback will be hammered by the Steeler blitz.

Steelers are in the road mode, Seattle has been playing at home and still barely beat an offensively inept Redskin team.

Steelers 35- Seahawks 14

FWIW, have you seen his daughter? Pretty solid basketball player at Princeton. Saw an ESPN special on coaches and their daughters. Pretty cool relationship Cowher has with his. Ok, back to topic.

She's big cheese at PU, indeed. Not bad-looking. Only a soph, too:

I think the Steelers are the sentimental favorite because of Bettis and Cowher. :)
