Youngstown -- The Youngstown State football team scored 28 points in the second quarter en route to a school-record-tying 63-point outburst in a 63-24 victory over Central Connecticut State on Saturday evening at Stambaugh Stadium. The Guins tied a school mark with eight rushing touchdowns.
