This may be overlooked, but thought this was interesting... I wonder how common this is between coaches of programs that do not face each other in the forseeable future...
One very positive benefit coming out of the game will be conversation between the NSU and Samford coaching staffs, he said. Peveto and Bulldogs' coach Pat Sullivan pledged to talk during the upcoming week to trade observations about each other's team, since there is no rematch slated next year.
"It will be a good exchange because we don't play again, and therefore we'll get a great outside perspective from a coaching staff that has our utmost respect, and hopefully we'll pass along a few things to Samford that can help them going forward," said Peveto.
