EASTON, Pa. - The Georgetown University football team (2-0, 1-0 Patriot League) opened its season with consecutive wins for the first time since 1999 and won consecutive games for the first time since 2003. The victory against Patriot League rival Lafayette also ends a 13 game league losing streak dating back to an October 27, 2007 loss to Lehigh.During the victory, senior LB and two-year captain Nick Parrish etched his name atop the record books, as the program's career leader in tackles.
