Duquesne University, which had the highest Athletics Progress Rate (APR) in the Northeast Conference in 2008-09, has been announced as one of 14 conference recipients of the inaugural Football Championship Subdivision Athletics Directors Association's (FCS ADA) Athletics Progress Rate Award.
