Thought this was an interesting read - nova had a defensive lineman in for a visit on the nova/UD weekend, and he was so impressed by the throng of UD faithful that he sent a tape off to UD, got an official visit, and just gave a verbal committment. Just think, if UD wasn't playing that day we never would've heard about him. (of course, like any recruit, you don't know what you have until you see him play but this was a nice little get.)

You won't be joking about Albany and Stony Brook in a few years.

And Villanova The other competition could be Amherst and Williams and it would still be sweet if it includes Nova.

That's the beauty of IAA - there are a lot of guys who end up being really good that materialize out of nowhere without a lot of hoopla coming out of high school. Omar Cuff was rated at zero stars at d-back on Rivals when UD snagged him and later turned him into a RB that, so far, has made a career out of running through JMU's defense. Maybe this guy will end up being something, maybe he won't. We'll find out in 4-5 years if he was a big deal.

In the meantime, it's still good to know that we can steal recruits who are actually on official visits to nova - it's a beautiful thing.
