The numbers are already in. All that's left is the Lettering in the endzones and the logos, which will be here Monday.

With the white lines, numbers and sidelines, it doesn't look that bad.

Agreed. It's not nearly as painful to my eyes as Boise's. I like it.

I would disagree red is one of the hardest colors on the eyes.

At least if they have skydivers parachute the game ball in for the first home game, no bullseye will be needed, should be able to see the field from outer space.

Congrats ESU, now you have the ugliest football field in all of college football. Looks like Mrs. Jolly Green Giant's tampon.

The full field view isn't as bad as I thought. Now you guys need to re-surface the track black and thw whole thing night look alright...

I love it! Boise's blue field looks bad because it kind of gives the impression that the grass is moldy or something. It looks like there's something wrong with it. EWU's red field, be contrast, is obviously not grass. Looks really good, can't wait to see the final product!

Yeah, but those fans get to watch a winning, playoff-bound football team. Game, set, match. http://www.championshipsubdivision.com/forums/images/smilies/finger.gif

College Football | NCAA lifts postseason ban on Eastern Washington
Eagles will be eligible for Football Championship Subdivision playoffs this season.
By The Associated Press
SPOKANE — The NCAA has lifted its ban on Eastern Washington's football team that would have prevented the Eagles from playing in the postseason.
(blah blah)
Chaves said the three-year probation and other penalties assessed in February, including the loss of two scholarships and one assistant coach for each of the three years, will remain in effect.
The infractions occurred from 2003-07 under former coach Paul Wulff.
(Blah Blah)
The NCAA found in February that Eastern had committed violations that included: allowing ineligible players to practice, using too many coaches, failure to monitor by Wulff and a lack of institutional control and failure to monitor by the university.
Edit note -TOS says we cant post whole articles so cut some of the fluff.

Are they going to pass out cheap sunglasses before the game or are all games going to be scheduled at night. That is enough for me if I were an EWU alum to never go nor watch a game therefore not render any support. Geez, that will blind you watching on TV. Stupid move IMO.
