In comparison to the first few days of preseason camp, Thursday afternoon was a markedly different day at Villanova Stadium. The Wildcats held their first full-pad workout of the week, but it was the conditions the team practiced in that were even more striking. Following four days of practice in sunny and hot weather and temperatures in the mid-90's, a steady rain fell throughout much of Thursday's workout. Temperatures were also 20 degrees cooler than earlier in the week. After practice ended for the day, head coach Andy Talley discussed what he has seen from his team so far this week.
