Members of the Southeast Missouri State football team volunteered at the Cape Girardeau Soap Box Derby on Saturday. The annual event hosted by Rotary Club and sponsored by Plaza Tire Service and Southeast Missouri Hospital was held at Blanchard Elementary School.
