What - no Heat-Cavs match-up during the bigger three days on the NBA schedule?

Thought it was interesting that they went Rockets-Lakers for the second opening game, but I guess you have the NBA's top Western Conference star Kobe Bryant going against the hopeful return of Yao Ming, one of the most recognizable faces internationally in the NBA. Guess that makes sense to some degree...

Some regular season games in London...not sure if placing what could be important end of season games overseas, but then again - both the Raptors and Nets probably won't factor into anything that important.

LONDON -- The NBA is taking regular-season games to Europe for the first time.

NBA commissioner David Stern announced Monday that the Toronto Raptors and New Jersey Nets will play a pair of regular-season games in London this season.

The teams will face each other March 4 and 5 at the O2 Arena, the same venue that has hosted preseason games over the last several years.
