He ran 4.7s for the scouts and is not as heavy as expected at just 203 pounds. He was rejected by the scouting services. He needs a big year and will have to run 4.60 or better to get a legit look on on draft weekend.

He had not decided yet when the NFL scouts came through. You also have to remember that these reports were written before the MLB Draft so they had no way knowing what he would likely do.

The scouting services came through the schools before the MLB Draft. They didn't know his status when they handed out those grades back in the middle of May.
