Way to go Boston. You let the spoiled brats get away with another one, AND you had TWO chances to put them away. Now we have to listen to all the Laker offseason drivel. Is it football season yet?

Is anyone else, after 2 months, happy to see the NBA playoffs finally finish?

Can anyone beat the Lakers next year either? Fisher is the only guy that could go.

I'm a huge sports fan but i can't get over how little parity there is in the NBA. It's the same teams every freakin year. The Heat are the only non-repeat winner since the Sixers in '83. I know it must be brutal being a Pirates or Royals fan in MLB but it's even worse to be a TWolves or Warriors fan in the NBA.

Unfortunately the better team one last night...with that said. The Lakers will again next year, they are coming back with the same cast and they will probably run into a weaker opponent in the Finals next year in Orlando.

Even if the Celtics has won last night, I have to say that Kobe should have been the MVP regardless...he had a hell of a series, although he did pick Game 7 to have his worst game.

Glad my Boston in 5 didn't come true. Another great NBA finals. Thank you Jerry West for going out and getting Kobe to the Lakers. Boston's age was showing, you could really see KG sucking air towards the end of games. Another championship for Montana born, North Dakota raised Phil Jackson. One critique, David Stern talks too much.

....and congrats to the Celtics for the great playoff run and finals showing.

Celtics did have a great run...it will be interesting to see what happens with the roster turnover this summer. I personally, hope they get younger...it is time to transition this into Rondo's team full time!

Yeah, instead of "The Finals on ESPN", they should have called it "Finally!"

I was kinda hoping for an earthquake to hit in LA during game 7 so both teams would be swallowed up into the earth and neither team could then win!! LOLOL

BOOOOOO Lakers!!!!!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Celtics!!
