Birmingham, Ala. - Grambling State University captured the Southwestern Athletic Conference All-Sports title, the 2010 James Frank Award, outdistancing Jackson State by 7.0 points in the cumulative totals for 18 varsity men's and women's sports the league sponsors. Alabama State finished third overall.
