That'll probably be the make it or break it point for Campbell - either he fights his way to some playing time over there and makes some noise or he should forget about the NFL for now and either look to Arena/CFL type ball or move on. Andy Hall flopped in Europe last year (although he did get injured) and he spent minimal time on the Eagles' practice squad this year (he did suit up for 2 games late but the Eagles problems this year were the main cause of that).
