Based on academic performance, 10 teams were subject to the postseason ban this year:
Florida International baseball
Weber State football
Texas Southern men’s basketball
Chattanooga football
Southeastern Louisiana men’s basketball
UAB men’s basketball
Portland State men’s basketball
UAB football
Colorado State men’s basketball
Jacksonville State men’s basketball
Only Portland State men’s basketball received the ban, however. UAB football, Colorado State men’s basketball and Jacksonville State men’s basketball received full conditional waivers and do not appear on any penalty list. The remaining six received conditional waivers of the postseason ban, but received scholarship and/or practice time penalties.
Are Weber and Chattanooga actually banned. It is a little confusing but it doesn't look like it

Sorry, you're correct. They were subject to the ban, but it was waived for reasons unmentioned in either the release or the detail report.

They just had their schollys & practice time reduced and IF they don't improve this season, they will have a post-season ban in 2011.

No problem it happens. They presented it very poorly.
