It was good to see Baker and Sheridan on the sideline's again.

Baker is credited with revitalizing the program. All coaches since Baker have a direct line from Baker. Sheridan, Satterfield and Johnson were his assistants. Lamb was recruited by Sheridan and coached under Satterfield and Johnson.

Sheridan led Furman through the early part of the 80s including our first SoCon championship and is credited with making FU one of the the premier I-AA programs in the country.

PS, if anybody is interested the defense was fairly dominant during the scrimmagexeekx
