Lehigh Women Follow Suit, PL Champs!

The distaff branch of the Mountain Hawk community won their PL tournament tonight against American, 58-42. First time in the history (since going coed) that both mens and womens teams have won basketball championships together. Women should get a better seed in view of their record (29-3) and the fact they're getting some votes now in the Top 25 poll.

A tough defense will always keep you in a game. Although Lehigh will likely be 'outsized' by their first round opponent, if they can keep close and hit their 3's who knows??xnodx

Lehigh's women's team could - with the right breaks - get into the Sweet 16 this year. They won't beat a UConn or a Stanford, who are simply head and shoulders ahead of everybody else, but they are right in the thick of the middle teams of women's b-ball.
