Mountain Hawks look to defend their one game lead in the Patriot League Sunday afternoon, when they invade Lafayette's Kirby Field House. Game will be broadcast live on CBS College Sports, with John "The Last Amateurs" Feinstein doing the commentary. Lehigh's captain is Marquis Hall, which is the name of one of LC's major buildings on campus! Hall is 12 assists away from breaking the Lehigh single season assist record of 160. He already owns the career record. The game is also big for LC to come out of their recent tailspin after starting the year red hot. I would expect a near capacity crowd of close to 4,000 with students on campus and decent weather.

Classic example today of what happens when a team that relies on perimeter shooting gets "hot" as Lafayette shot well over 50% from beyond the arc to beat Lehigh 90-75. LC shot over 60% in the first half. LU actually shot well, 48%, but couldn't stop the Leopards sharpshooters. Just the exact opposite of the first game between the two schools in Januaray when LC was 3 for 27 in the second in that loss. Navy also lost today, big, to Army, so with Bucknell beating Colgate, The Bison will face the Mountain Hawks on Wednesday night at Stabler Arena for sole possession of first place. Should be a great game.

'Twas a fine afternoon in Pardsville, for sure. The game was televised across the nation on CBS College Sports. John Feinsten called the game for the Last Amateurs themselves.
