Vlad is from Haiti, and still has family there. Luckily, they all survived the earthquake. Best of luck to him as he pursues his pro career. He will be a very rich man soon, and will be in a position to do his home country a lot of good.

I am going to be doing some draft blogs on another message board and some UMASS fans might like it. I will just say that UMASS should be very excited about the prospects of Ducasse and he could perhaps even surprise them on draft day. Some teams really like him. I will leave the details for the blog. :D
