Watching the BC -USC game from San Francisco and both teams are on the same side of the field. The announcers kind of mentioned it as a side note, but it got me thinking that in all my years of watching football, I don't ever recall seeing that, anyone else ever see that in a college or pro game? by the way it's halftime and SC is leading 14-13

Yeah I was just being sarcastic. It's happened every year that they've played in that stadium and this type of post gets brought up every year. I was having a little fun that obviously didn't catch on. Haha.

If I remember correctly, the Packers used to play a home game or two at Milwaukee's County Stadium and it was the same situation...

Don't think so. Their stadium only had stands on one side until 1999 though.

This is just sad and once again show that there are way too many bowl games.
It took me half the 1st quarter to figure out why USC's team was sitting on the sideline at the 25 yard line.

If your stadium don't meet the minimum football requirements, (teams on opposite sidelines), YOU DON'T NEED TO PUT ON A BOWL GAME.
That shat looked beyond highschoolish.
In Mississippi, that same side setup would even be below middle school football.xlolx

Yep. I recall an Eagles-Pack game in the early 90s in Milwaukee with both teams on the same side. Wacky.

I agree. For some reason they keep deciding to put on these bowl games in baseball stadiums that were not built for the sport; At&T Park (San Fran), the Trop (Tampa), Chase Field (Phoenix), ect
