The MEAC joins with the CIAA to take on the SWAC and the SIAC. The HBCU Bowl...like the other all-star games, provides a chance to showcase talent to pro scouts of all sorts...

Should be a good one. Hopefully the wheather than it was for the swac title game on saturday.

They have done an all-star game like this before? Or is this group doing this game, the first to do it?
