Awesome. I hope he has a HUGE game Friday. I'll try to get a photo or two of him just for the Grizz fans.

I was super impressed with Reynolds this weekend. I have heard good things about him, but other than last year's NC game I hadn't seen him play much. He had some good cuts in the snow and made defenders take tough angles all night. Definitely a talent there.

How did Elon spend this past Saturday? Just wondering... xcoffeex

Yes, Chase is the man. I remember seeing him last year playing against JMU and saying "that's the kind of guy I want on my team.." Just a good, hard nosed, football player that gives 110% at all times

argh!

Not too shabby for a guy who grew up playing eight-man football.

To be honest, I'm still not even quite sure how eight-man football works.

Next year we have Chase AND his brother Tel. That should make for a nice one-two punch.

No guards and one less running back. Mid field is the 40 and it's a little narrower also.

Guy who takes the snap can throw but can't run past scrimmage unless he first hands off or pitches to somebody else who then hands off or pitches back to him.

Interesting...very interesting.

Did a little research and my high school graduating class was nearly double what the entire population of Drummond is xeekx

I'd heard of no such thing back in Pennsylvania. But then again my high school's football stadium holds more than a lot of FCS stadiums (6,300).

Even crazier is that we also have 6 man football in Montana and sometimes schools have to combine to get enought kids to field an 8 or 6 man team.

If you want your mind blown, and you are in Montana (or Texas for that matter) check out some 6 man. Ridiculous. Its pretty much flag football with pads...and really high scoring.

Would really love to know how Yo's stats match up, considering his playoff stats don't count.

We played eight-man flag football in junior high out in California. But we didn't have any Chase Reynolds types on our team.

That's six man rules...qb can run in 8 man.

There should be a drooling, gloating sticky thread where everyone can congratulate their teams players individual achievements.

Yeah, and in six man, it's 15 yards for a first down, everyone on the field is eligible for a pass, you must show air when handing off to the RB, QB cannot advance the ball unless it is the above talked about double pitch move, field goals are worth 4 points AND kick conversions are two points.

I got to play six man football. I was just thinking about how embarrassing it would have been to have played Chase in football. I can only laugh at how bad it would have been.
