Didn't realize until tonight that he's an FCS guy (Morgan State '03). His TD catch in the first quarter tonight was his ninth of the season. xthumbsupx

He's really came onto his own in Minnesota. I think he's quite an underrated catching tight-end because people see him as more of a blocker

Besides Rice, he's Favre's favorite target. I always thought he was underused with the Giants

Visanthe Shiancoe is just one of many current players from the MEAC that are making us proud. Too bad that we couldn't capitalize on this talent and win some playoffs games this decade but hey that's how the ball rolls.

His first season with the Vikings was a MAJOR disappointment. The guy couldn't seem to catch anything thrown his way. Through the last two seasons though, he has been a dynamic offensive threat and has earned that big contract he signed before the 2007 season.
