The CAA Today: BATTLE TESTED

There is a reason that the University of New Hampshire is 5 – 1 in opening round playoff games in the last 6 years (4 -1 on road). There is a reason William & Mary is #1 in the country in “Rushing Defense”, #3 in “Total Defense”, #7 in “Scoring Defense”, and UNDEFEATED @ home. There is a reason that Villanova is the #2 seed in the 2009 FCS playoffs. There is a reason that the University of Richmond are the DEFENDING Champions. There’s a reason all four schools are undefeated against FBS competition this season. Having played an 8 game conference schedule within the CAA, all four teams are BATTLE TESTED.

A little new info from the CAA too such as the 2010 season will be played with no divisions and an 8-game league schedule.
