I have not followed this closely this year, but I do not think a single PFL player was honored this year...? Am I wrong?

Thanks. Nice to see 4 time PFL player of the week Andrew Huck honored. I guess that the other 4 time PFL player of the week, Steve Valentino was not honored just due to bad luck....xrolleyesx

Sharp reporting by CSN.... Since you probably did not notice, Dayton's Steve Valentino earned PFL offensive player of the year. Yep, top notch how Steve was not honored with a single weekly honor here for the entire season.... Not that you have an obvious bias against the PFL.
Steve Valentino is the most underrated player in all of FCS. This kid is one of the most amazing athletes that I have ever seen play football. Last year, he was all PFL as both a receiver and kick returner. This year, he was pressed into QB duty for the Flyers when three QB's ahead of him were injured. What does he do...? He goes out and leads the Flyers to a 10th PFL Championship, (tied with Butler), and wins PFL offensive player of the year. He was also honored with 4 PFL player of the week honors during the season.
Did he receive any "national" recogintion from the traditional powers that be? Of course not.... Not that there is a national bias against the PFL or anything....
You will not see Tino's name on the Payton ballet, but I honestly think that this kid is the best athlete in all of FCS bar none. Too bad folks outside of the PFL did not "notice" Tino this year.
I hope he comes back for a fifth year. If so, he darn sure ought to be on the very first Payton list, regardless of what position he ends up playing....
Here is thought, how about paying attention to what is going on in the world of FCS football next season...?xnodx

Notice that even the #1 team in the nation has no representation. There's 120 teams, think about the probabilities there, and yes power conferences are going to get more attention than the PFL

Not a single CAA North kid either. I'm sure those players on the list had a he!! of a week when they won the award. Not being listed is not necessarily a slight on your team or conference.
