Andre Roberts is one of the few FCS players already invited to the Shrine Bowl already-

As best as I can tell, John Skelton of Fordham is the other FCS player.

Hats off to Roberts for being selected so early to play (and the first WR on the East side to boot).

It looks like the rosters are still being made judging from the East-West Shrine Game website rosters. Right now Roberts is the only WR listed on the East side. I'm sure a few more FCS players, including perhaps Armanti and Terrell Hudgins, will join Roberts and Skelton before the rosters are finalized.
