An addendum to my previous post - Now David Greene and Colt McCoy share the Division 1 wins total - 42. A win today will give AE 40.

McCoy likely wins the next two (Kansas, TAMU) then the Big 12 Championship game that would be 45. A loss to Florida or Alabama in the national championship game would leave the record there.

In order to tie the likely record Armanti would need the win today and then go on to win through the National Championship game.

Still not impossible by any stretch of the imagination, but less likely than breaking the current record of 42.

Depending on how the CAA shakes out, and if ASU manages to get the 4 seed over two of 3 WM/Richmond/Nova, ASU probably ends up on the other side of the bracket with Southern Ill.

If ASU doesn't get the seed, then it could potentially be a semi-final match up, but I don't see them meeting in the 2nd round. It doesn't make much financial sense to put the two biggest moneymakers in the same quarterfinal bracket and lose out on all the gate money.

Lots has to happen before the playoffs anyway...
