Both teams coming off disappointing losses last week with a hope of a GWFC Championship still an outside possibility but the playoffs out of the question. Should be a high-scoring affair. Sell-out crowd and great weather for the game should mean a great atmosphere.

The inability of the Great West to put a team into the playoffs this year increases the chances of the Big Sky getting an at-large bid, if one of the four BSC teams jostling for second place manages to finish the regular season with 7 DI wins.

10-7 Poly at the half. Poly had the ball 4 and 1 at the Davis 1, but a false start negated an apparent Mustang TD, and Poly missed the subsequent FG.

Great game on a beautiful day. Always nice to beat Cal Poly. I would have liked to run up the score like Ellerson did when coaching Cal Poly but we showed a lot of class by running out the clock. Now we play for the conference championship next week against North Dakota.

Great effort, thought we were in for another shootout after Poly's first score, nice to see adjustments made during the game that worked for a change
