Notes:
Weber State and Cal Poly will drop at least 5 spots respectively.

Delaware will drop out the top 20; Northern Arizona & UMass will drop out the top 25 this week.

Liberty, FAMU, Colgate and PVA&MU will rise in the polls.

Central Conn should be seriously considered for a top 25 ranking. They have over 7 FCS wins and only one loss against a top 5 W&M team.

Also note: Eastern Washington

The Eagles from Washington state are back in good graces with the NCAA and are in prime position to earn an At-Large Berth if they win out. They will rise into the top 15 of all the polls and will rise a little higher than they are in the computer rankings. their GPI should be around 13.

Cal Poly should not be a top 25 team and won't be going to the playoffs with 4 losses. That loss to North Dakota is pretty terrible.

I haven't really been looking into it enough but the bizarre circumstances might mean that Central Connecticut State may be at least sniffing the playoffs coming selection time (possibly Liberty, as well).

If CCSU is in the top 25, JMU needs to be ranked as well because they would blow CCSU out of the water.
