I don't think what Montana does for the rest of the regular season will have any effect on EWU, other than to help them. For EWU to get the Big Sky autobid, Montana would have to lose their last three...to Idaho State, Northern Colorado, and Montana State.

That ain't gonna happen.

And Montana won't be taking a bid away from Eastern, not at the rate other teams around the country are getting knocked out of contention. If anything, Eastern could use one more Montana win to help them--a win over Montana State to effectively knock them out of the playoffs.

Eastern still just needs to win out to give themselves a decent shot at making the playoffs, period.
