Is this an 8-team or less League? Both of those rosters look stacked. I wouldn't take the trade though, a great WR is more valuable than a RB where you don't know how the carry split is going to break down. If Carolina falls out of it more they may want to get Stewart more touches.

Keep the receiver. You're set at RB and can't afford to have a WR go down to injury if you trade away Wayne.

What are the required starters in your league and as someone else asked how many teams are in your league?
As said above, either way, you already have a couple of strong RBs so the trade won't help you.
I don't think you need to make any trades with that team. If anything, drop one of your D and pick up a WR if a good one is available.

Wow! Is that a 4-team league? I'd hold on to Wayne. Especially when you have Peyton Manning, it's nice to have a QB-WR combo of that magnitude.

Jesus Christ are those teams stacked! That trade would be akin to pi$$ing in the wind with the depth on those two teams. That must be a very small league.
There are 10 RBs on those two teams that would have been gone in two rounds in my 12-team league. xlolx
To answer your question, keep Reggie Wayne. The other guy is SO loaded with RBs that they're burning a hole in his pocket. Don't give him the satisfaction of taking something he needs by simply throwing you his spare change.

The odd thing is that I play him this week. That combination would have been lethal. The votes were overwhelming so I went ahead and rejected the trade. Majority rules!

panthers may suck but DeAngelo (sp?) is the bright light of their offense

I prefer to have depth in every position if at all possible because I don't want to lose my best player for one week only to be taken by someone else.

Don't trade Wayne (even if he's hurt right now) ... I'd try to get Dallas Clark if I were you (trade LT and your best TE).
