Actual BCS championship game given these results - Alabama vs. USC.

Actual BCS championship game given these results - Alabama vs. USC.
Or even Alabama vs. Florida II - let's not kid ourselves and think that Boise, Cinci, TCU could pass Florida if their first loss comes in the SEC championship game to let's assume #5 Alabama (following their loss to LSU)

I think the best thing that could happen to cause BCS outrage would be for Florida and Alabama to play twice in a row.

It could easily come to pass that Iowa, Boise State, Cincy, & TCU all go undefeated and get locked out of the BCS game with Florida & USC playing in the BcS championship. I think that would be a longshot, though.
The thing to remember is that the BCS wasn't set up to crown a champion -- it was set up to ensure the correct team is crowned champ. The correct team, fwiw, is someone from the SEC, OSU, USC, anyone from the Big 12 South (excluding Baylor) or Nebraska/Michigan/Miami if they ever get good again. Anyone else is simply kidding themselves.

I am shocked, I mean, just shocked, that the BCS may skew itself toward rewarding the rich of the rich of the conferences that make up the BCS. Absolutely shocked!!! xlolx

If Boise and TCU win out each, would the NCAA change the BCS to allow more than one non-BCS team to go to a BCS bowl for next year and beyond?

Does the NCAA even have anything to do with the BCS other than giving them their certification?
The BCS conferences will keep doing whatever they need to do to keep the vast majority of money to be made on bowl games keep flowing into their pockets. They'll give a nod here and there to someone like the Mountain West, but the BCS title game will never be opened up and the vast majority of the spots in BCS games aren't up for grabs either. It's just the way it is.

Maybe you're assuming an LSU loss at Ole Miss or at home against Arkansas, but if they beat Alabama, they'll likely play Florida for the SEC Championship.
Either way, a one-loss SEC Champion will play in the NC Game over an undefeated Boise State or Cincinnati...not saying I agree with it, but that's just the way it's rigged.

You forgot about USC. If they win out they get in, in the scenario. Also I could see Oregon jumping Boise or Cincy to get in if they win out. Just how BCS works. Also a one loss team from the SEC goes in over a undefeated Big East and WAC champ. I know there are a lot of you East coast lovers out there, but that is how BCS is favored toward.
