Jeez Andy, you and the Tigers are ruining my dreams for a winless season.
21-0 NU early in the second quarter.
NU's scored on a 70 yard run, an INT for a TD, and a 10 yard run after a botched Towson punt.
Looks like the Tigers are the worst team in the CAA this year, sorry to say for my hopes of blowing up the whole NU program.

Who knows. These NU to the PL rumors haven't been as rampant as I've heard in the past.
Does the PL want an NU team that plays at Parsons, and is funded at a pathetic level?

Huskies win 27-7.
Towson winds up with 8 yards rushing, 5 intereceptions.
I hope the kids know the words to our school song. It's been over a year since we've had the football team sing it (October 4, 2008 - also against Towson).

We don't go to scholarships and lose Fordham, and we may have no choice.

Would the PL take NU for football only, like they did for Fordham?

Hard to say. If the PL sticks with need-based and NU wants in, I would say yes.

Interesting. Now the question is - would the CAA allow this? When ODU comes on board it makes sense.
I doubt Northeastern's AD is that visionary in his thinking.
